Convert with iTunes without rename or refolder

Hello guys.

I've been using iTunes for a long time and always had a "problem": when I do convert a file (bitrate, kind...) it is renamed to "number+sound name" (for example, "The Beatles - 1963 (1) - Please Please Me - 01 - I Saw Her Standing There" is renamed to "01 - I Saw Her Standing There") and the new converted archives go to folders and subfolders, for example:

"-The Beatles (folder)

-- Please Please Me (subfolder)

--- 01 - I Saw Her Standing There (music/track)

--- 02 - Misery (music/track)

--- ...

-- With the Beatles (folder)

..."

😟

😕The doubts are:

- How can I make ALL the converted files to go to the SAME folder, WITHOUT subfolders (do not differenciate band, albuns... everything in the same place);

- How can I keep the name of the original file to the converted file?

P.S.: I do use Windows 7 x64

Since now, thanks a lot.
