which key is the Option key on a MacBook Pro (Retina)?

Which key is the Option key on my mid 2012 MacBook Pro (Retina)? I have ctrl key, cmd key, alt key but no Option key.

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9)
