Hi, i have had a macbook pro 13" since february 2012.

I've had my Macbook pro since February 2012 and it is stuck in the load up cycle.

Any suggestions on how i can fix this?

Also, i have a smashed screen on it, not just the glass. Any idea's on how much it would cost me to fix?
