PowerPoint MacBook Air

Since the update Maverick, I have a problem with the Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint.

When I decided to put my slide show in full screen, the screen turns off and on again shortly afterwards with an error message stating unable to perform the task.

Do you have a solution to my problem?
