Only if you still have FCP7, and FCP7 does work on Mavericks, so this is not an issue.
2. Photoshop CS5 doesn't work on Mavericks ( Might be my MacBook Pro ), and would need you to pay $200 to upgrade.
Photoshop 4, 5 and newer versions work on Mavericks, so no need to pay any dollars there.

Yep, some programs just get older and older and are PPC based. There is no possible way to force Rosetta to install on anything later than 10.6

Yes it does. So does Adobe CS4 so that is also incorrect.
