How to change the alarm sound on my iPod 5 after the iOS 7 update??

I need to change that sound on my iPod 5 touch and after the iOS7 update I don't know how to do this. Can anyone please help?! Thank you!!

Just go to the Clock App and tap the + sign and you can change the sound near the bottom of the screen, If is below label
