itunes crashes when starting diagnostics - help

I have been trying to get the Remote App to work on my phone, and one suggestion was to run itunes diagnostics. I click on diagnostics, then it crashes. I have also run itunes as an administrator, same result. I am on latest version of itunes.

The article below will assist with troubleshooting iTunes crashing on you. Try the same thing in a test user or you may need to completely remove iTunes and its associated applications and the reinstall it.
