How can I know the iPhone 5s model A1533 if it GSM or CDMA from the label on it's packet?

I haven't seen a 5S package, but with previous iPhones I've seen, if it's a CDMA model it's for a specific carrier and that carrier will be listed on the box. As Tim suggested, if you buy from an authorized iPhone outlet, you won't have to worry about it.

Buy it from an authorized source in your own country, so yu know what you're getting.

Go to a country where they are legitimately sold and buy it there from an authorized source.
According to what I can find, the ME307LL/A model is a US-sold GSM iPhone locked to AT&T.
