the itunes folder is on a locked disk

When i try to open iTunes, i have this.

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4, Windows 7

The following Knowledge Base article provides some great information for troubleshooting your issue. It's written for Windows XP but shouldn't be too different on Windows 7:

iTunes for Windows XP: "Disk is locked" or "iTunes folder cannot be found" when installing or opening iTunes
