Very unhappy with ibooks update.How do I go back to old version of ibooks

How do return to an older version of ibooks,updated version no longer has bookshelf,would like to have it back.

I think the only way back from iOS7 on mobile devices and Mavericks... is go back to iOS6 and Mountain Lion.


Apple have decided to remove the stylilng which set their products apart from the "new kids on the block".


In every change no matter what the products.. there will always be two camps.. the "I like it" and the " I hate it" .


In this example, iBooks shelves were just an interface to select a book from - so its visibility is minimal

Better to move on and its surprising how the old stuff goes out of mind...except that irritating control panel popping up almost anytime I touch the iPad screen!!!


Personnally I agree with you and today thy have just removed the leather look in Find Friends app.


Its called progress!
