I seem to have lost the audio on my tracks.

Hi, I seem to have lost my audio on my tracks, everything looks fine, the channels are moving and mute buttons are off. It seems like the tracks have been muted but can not see where. The tracks will play in the inspector but not in the main area, Any ideas please?
