I couldn't change my macbook language!
I just bought the new macbook pro and I want to change the language of the system form Arabic to English. I tried this way Select ▹ System Preferences ▹ Language
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)
You should be able to change this where you looked, System Preferences/Language&Text.
Try going there and selecting Language&Text, Language tab, and dragging English to the top of the list.
Reboot
