I have changed my Apple ID, but when I try to login to iTunes it still shows my old Apple ID thus not allowing me to log in. How do I change this in the system?

How do I change my Apple ID when I go into iTunes. It seems when I log into apple web site it recognizes my new Apple ID, but iTunes does not. How do I change my iTunes Apple ID?
