My iPhone 5 is getting real hot while I´m hearing music.

Hi,

I just bought a iPhone 5 (white, 16GB) and started it with iTunes and an older BackUp. When I´m hearing music with the standard music-player app, the phone gets really hot and the battery is going down really fast. Should I call the apple support to change the phone or is there anyone who has the same problem like me?

I would be very thankful for every support or answers or tips!
