MacBook Pro 13" Early 2011 to an Extended Monitor! Help

Hi Guys,

I have recently bought an LG IPS277L-BN panel the problem is every time i start my macbook pro fuzzy lines appear on the macbook pro it self and then just goes back to normal?? the conection i am using is thunderbold to HDMI. This hasnt happend for the 1st few times but no this is making me think im doing somthing wrong?

Runing the latest OS X malvericks
