If you are talking about the iPad min, then yes. Check in Settings > General > Software Update.

First,thanks for the info Alfred.I order this model and i will receive it in Friday so i will check out.I have another question for you if you are able to answer:Because the model which i want have Cellular options what is the type of SIM card which i must use in order to have mobile internet via GSM operator? I beleive it's support nano-sim card(my location is in Europe,not from the States).

Can you help me with this please?
