Camera problelm after update

Hello , Do not bother

I had an ipad mini with 6.1.3 ios version

But after update to 7.0.3 and 7.04 ( now) , The camera device is in trouble !!!

Quality markedly reduced ,Especially when shooting (video recording) Unfortunately, getting thrush pictures and videos .

Never seen anything that was not in the previous version, there is no possible downgrade and I'm already looking forward to next update
