When ICloud time zone is set to Indian Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata), ICloud CALDAV returns the wrong time for every event (11pm). The event is not an all day event.
To reproduce:
1. Set ICloud time zone to Kolkata - Indian Standard Time
2. Create a new event
3. Query the event using CALDAV - the event start time always returns as 11:00 PM
