Q: Does anyone know why a one month old MacBook Air 13" would crash several times each day?

MacBook Air 13"

new mid 2013 version

Processor: 1.3Ghz Intel Core i5

Memory: 4GB 1600 Mhz DDR3

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5000 1024 MB

Software: OS X 10.9 (13A603)

All updates have been kept current.

Only installed brand new MS Office including Outlook when purchased.

Also installed Webroot at that time.

Adobe Reader, Skype, GoToMeeting and Cisco WebEx are also used.

MacBook Air just goes grey then black but keyboard light stays on and requires hard reboot.

Does not seem to matter if any apps are running. The most recent crash happened when there was nothing open at all.

Very frustrating since this was precisely why I ditched the HP laptop and switched to MAC.

The only upside is the Mac reboots much more quickly (but, that really isn't the point, is it?).

Any suggestions?
