What is the best way to make an event program with Pages 5.0 or any other iWork programs?

I recently upgraded all my iWork programs to the latest versions but I discovered that there is a lot less variety in the templates. I need to make a program and had hoped to use the template available with the older version of Pages, but it is not a part of the update. I just wanted to know what the best way is to do this now?
