We've tried everything with international code without with the email that is registered to iMessage I tried texting he tied texting me on the phone number and the email that I have for iMessage nothing worked so far
Just put in their number like normal. As long as they also have iMessage and you both have a data connection, you'll be able to send it.
Thank you I tried doing that keep getting msg stating that number is incorrect but the number is not incorrect I know that for sure
Try iMessage to the person's email address

Try without codes since it's an iMessage.
Are you sure the recipient has that number registered with iMessage?... Settings > Messages > Send & Receive
Use ipipi or skype..that works, I text people in the UK & Denmark..........
Have that person iMessage you then. I bet they don't have it set up.
I even have a picture of his iMessage settings from iPhone to make sure it's correct
