27" Cinema Display Black Screen, Magsafe works, USB does not

So my 27" Cinema Display is just black. I have seen people saying they had this problem and a new PSU fixed it...however, in my case, the magsafe connector works fine and it charges my laptop...Also, my laptop recognizes the monitor and I can change settings (resolution, etc...) for the monitor. the USB does NOT work. Does this sound like the symptoms of the PSU? Sounds more logic board related to me.
