Admin Pop Up - Enterprise

We have a company with approx 50 Mac clients (10.7.5) and roughly 5 Mac servers (10.7.5). We use Network houses and Deploy Studio to maintain a stable secure working environment. With the help of Workgroup manager we have many policies in place to secure customer information. No employee has or can have administrator privilages.

The issue that we currently have is that the Administrator Authentication Pop Up request box and/or Firewall allow authentication box opens up on the employees macs very frequently due to required programs (phone software and others). We have been unable to determine a way to remove or automate this function short of using ARD and manually entering in the local administration credentials each time this occurs.

I imagine there are other solutions out there but have been unable to locate anything. I can't imagine that an IT administrator of thousands of macs use a manual method to resolve the authnetication issues.

Any ideas?
