AirPrint options

I'm printing from my iPad for the first time using AirPrint. Is there a way to change Landscape or Portrait, or scale?

Why is Apple not responding to this or any other question about Airprint options? We print packing slips at 100% and shipping labels at 97% (so that the label fits in the peel and stick area of the special FedEx 8.5x11 paper). We would love to have our shipping area be able to print the pdfs I've already generated from the ipad (where they check them off as they pack). But the packing slips don't print at 100% and the peel and stick label is missing the top line of our label. Why is scaling not an option on Air Print? I could see it not being developed in the first couple of years.. just printing from a handheld device period was slick enough. But how many years later has it not evolved?

Both our printers are Samsung. Have looked for 3rd party apps. They mostly generate pdfs. Or open pages already on the device. We already have them generated with our php web based code, so viewing in Safari. Would like our (non tech savvy) warehouse people to be able to just click 'Share' and 'Print' without trying to save and then find another app and go open from there, and still not be able to scale...
