I changed my telephone number since I created ICloud Keychain.

No I can't get it verified. What do I do?

Try going to Settings>iCloud>Account>Keychain (at the bottom), tap Number then enter your updated phone number.

Now I can change the phonenumber.... But my country is not on the list.

If you live in a country that does not support sms verification, you can still use iCloud keychain by following the steps at the bottom of this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6020.
