Q: how do I recover my phone contacts?

How do I recover all of my data re: phone list if I can not find my iphone? I made the mistake of not clouding my iPhone. I was told that there are several possibilities such as Gmail or my iCloud email. Any help would be appreciated by me.

Explain what you mean by "not clouding my phone."  Do you have i iCloud account?  Was your phone syncing contacts with iClouds?

If so, obtain another iDevice and sync with iCloud.  Of long onto iCloud.com with any computer and view and print the contacts.

They are in my phone. I either lost or it was stolen so I shut it down hard. Noone will be able to use it or unlock it.

The people I need to reach who may know that it's my Phone I don't have their #'s I merely want to have the essential and necessary contact phone list restored even if I don't get the phone back the contact is invaluable.

I should've backed it up. This is my fault & I hope I can recover that information. It didn't even set the "find my phone" it is off so there's nothing to track. In Short I think I'm F*&$**d

When setting up an iPhone, either iTunes or iCloud backup is set up for you.

In iTunes preferences there is Devices tab, where you can see if there are any backups.

If your iPhone was backed up to iCloud (you may not even know that), when you setup another iPhone, you get an option to restore from iCloud backup. I don't know how to check whether your iPhone was backed up to iCloud, maybe contact Apple Support...
