My iPhone 3gs is badly cracked and i was wondering if apple will replace it for a iPhone 4 since apple dont support iPhone 3gs any more

No, they certainly will not.
Replacements are same color, model, and capacity.
Apple still maintains older models for warranty and out of warranty replacements.
If you want a newer device, buy one.
