How to add a link to a word in pages to another paragraph in the same document ?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Create a bookmark:

Select the word > Menu > Insert > Bookmark

You can link to that bookmark elsewhere by clicking where you want the link

Menu > Insert > Hyperlink > Bookmark > choose which one you want

Just one of 100 things Apple removed.

I am not getting why they removed this feature ... it's something that will make me not to use Pages. A negative point for Apple.

Apple has totally rewritten Pages.

It is going to be painfully slow putting the features back and Apple is not showing any signs that it is putting them all back. Meanwhile users are being hung out to dry.
