After IOS7 update facebook and twitter unuseable

After I updated to ios7, I am no longer able to use facebook or twitter apps on my iphone due to both apps shrinking to a quarter of the screen size. I have done a network reset, I have removed and reinstalled both apps but nothing seems to work. I can open both FB and twitter via the browser to be "regular size" on my iphone 4s but not the apps. All my other apps are opening fine. Can anyone help me?
