Problem with video playback (Netflix, YouTube) on Early 2011 2,3 GHz i5, 4 GB RAM. Will installing more RAM help me?

I seem to have problems playing videos even at lower quality than HD smoothly in Netflix and YouTube. My internet connection is 20 Mbit/s. Will installing more RAM help me?

I found this to be the 'easy' solution, but does an even easier solution exist? If so, what should I do?

My specifications:

2,3 GHz dual core Intel i5

4 GB RAM

Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB
