Q: ARD 3.7 won't allow connection to any Mac running 3.7 client

Help this is very frustrating and I am seeing the same problem on a number of discussion boards. We have Macs running OX 10.6 - 10.8. I have updated my Apple Remote Desktop Admin account to 3.7. I can no longer connect to any client that is running the updated 3.7 client, though I can connect to those running earlier clients. Is Apple working on a fix to this situation? How soon can we expect it? And is there a workaround for now?

If you disable the application firewall on the machines with the 3.7 clients, you probably will be able to connect to them. That said, the 3.7 admin tool is a real mess.
