I purchased a tv season program and would like to delete the individual tv shows seen as storage on my Ipad is full. The episodes are on ITunes. I tried swiping on the individual shows from left to right but no remove button appears. Can someone please tell me how to delete those episodes I have watched?

Do these episodes not have a cloud icon besides them, have they not been synced from your iTunes library on a computer rather than downloaded.
No, these episodes have been downloaded via email!

I received notices to download via email. Episodes are then downloaded and I access thru ITunes.

If there is a cloud icon next to them, they aren't actually on your iPad, so they aren't the items that are filling up the iPad's storage. You can get a good idea of what is using all your space at settings > general > usage > storage.
Storage for videos is 6.8GB. Looks like it is stored on my Ipad!
Ps. The Icloud symbol has an arrow pointing downward!
Do you not have other movies/TV shows/music videos/home videos on your device that could be using that space.
If you want to remove the items that aren't on the ipad from your videos app, go settings > videos > show all videos > off.
There are only episodes of TV shows, 14 episodes of a season purchase - some of which have not been downloaded due to lack of space. No other videos.
But some TV shows can take up to 2 GB each, you might only have 4 TV shows taking up 6.8 GB.
Of the 14 shows listed, 8 have been downloaded as they are "ready to Watch".
Just noticed you are from U.K. Programs in question are current season of Coronation Street. Due to BBC cutting off access to show on Internet, had to buy to watch. Did not think one could not just delete each episode as they were seen. Guess i'll have to make a trip to Apple Store to see what can be done.

Those that have been downloaded can be deleted, swipe left and tap delete. When you do this they will stay there but gain a cloud icon, those with cloud icons are not on your iPad, don't take up any space and can't be deleted. They can be turned off in settings > videos > show all videos.
