Since upgrading to OS Maverick I have not been able to add PDF's to the Books library in iTunes to be able to use them on my iPAD. I have found that they get added to the music library. I have managed to add the PDF's to iBooks on my iMAC but can't seem to find a way to synchronise this with the iPAD. Does anybody know a work round for this.

You can sync your PDFs after they have been added to ibooks. Whilst PDFs are no longer in tunes, you still need to sync with itunes.

Have got PDF on iBooks on iMac. Have synced iPad using iTunes but there is no sign of the PDF on either the Books tab of iTunes or on iBooks on the iPAD. I do believe that I have followed all the instructions correctly but have read that it can take some time for the iTunes Library to sync itself with iBooks. Is there something I should do to commence this sync?
