Q: Bootcamp on Late 2013 27" iMac 1TB SSD Reliable For Games?

I'm considering purchasing a maxed-out Late 2013 27" iMac with a 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM, GTX 780M 4GB GPU, etc to replace a late 2008 Mac Pro. I need a fast work machine for graphic design and a bit of motion graphics and 3D rendering. I also want to run the latest Windows games via Bootcamp at a high level of performanace. Is Bootcamp in a say 100GB partition on the 1TB SSD reliable and dependable for high-performance gaming? Anyone out there done it? Is the 1TB Fusion Drive a safer alternative? I'll probably install Windows 7. Thanks for any advice.

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9)
