changing the apple ID on a new installed OSX mavericks mac

i've installed OSX mavericks with my apple ID on a customers mac.

Now he cannot run updates without my password. How can i change the apple ID on this machine ?

OS X Mavericks (10.9)

You cannot "change" it. What's more, they will not be able to reinstall. You will need to wipe the drive and reinstall the original OS; after that, s/he can download/purchase any OS or app using their own Apple ID.

You can't. You must reinstall the previously installed system, then login to the App Store under your customer's Apple ID, download Mavericks and install it. This will then connect Mavericks to your client's Apple ID instead of yours.
