I'm missing a plug-in, but I don't know which...

I just bought 'Disk Doctor' from the app store which apparantly helps you clear up space. While it did do that, it somehow messed up my Safari. This must be because Disk Doctor cleaned out all of my Application Caches and Application Logs.

I'm now missing some sort of plug-in. I re-installed the latest Flash and Shockwave, but something is still off. An example would be on this site:

There are usually pictures in the center square but they aren't showing up for me. I've confirmed it's a problem with Safari because they show up in Chrome.

Anybody know what it is that I'm missing?
