iPhone encrypted backup

Hello, i want to go back to factory settings, because on iTunes I have a password on my backups which I don't remember,and when I tried to reset all settings on the iPhone ,I got the message to enter the restriction passcode. I never set a passcode on the iPhone.

I could use any idea .Thanks
