anyone else notice on the mini player has 2 rewind buttons?

When i pause the mouse over the iTunes block (windows 7) on the task bar, you can see the main iTunes window as well as what was always the back, pause/play and next buttons. I'm not sure when it started, but if you look at it, its got back, pause/play and another back, but functions as next.
