My daughter has a iphone 4S she has not back it up forever mainly because she decided to get rid of her comp now she is getting a different brand of phone she want to extract here picture from the iphone before getting ride of the phone if i access her acct from my laptop can i extract the pics out her main thing is saving her pics

You can copy off the pictures in the camera roll using Windows Explorer. No need to run iTunes.
See also Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. I'd advise that you back it up just in case she ever wants to go back to an iOS device, and extract any media that she wants that isn't saved anywhere else.

thanks i did back up her recent information and was able to save the pics into a folder thanks just was afraid i would make a mistake
