New episodes not showing up on tv show season pass

I have the same thing happen all the time with my Apple TV. I have to go find the episode in the store and you can play it there. This has been happening off and on for over a year. Apple really needs to get it's act together. This is unacceptable.

I totally agree. This is frequently happening to me too with other shows. I can find the show on my computer, download it, and then stream it from my computer. But that is a dumb and awkward workaround. Fix this please, Apple!

I had this problem before but tonight I think I found the fix, 'check for rentals'didn't do anything then ...success...

If you click right above the list of episodes "more on iTunes Store" the new episode came right up.

You can call ATV support (not iTunes) and report it. It's a known issue. They have a bug open for it, but have taken no action. If more people report it they might make it more of a priority.

Same problem. I called Apple Support and was told I need to talk to a supervisor. After being put on hold twice for a total of 40 minutes, the tech told me that sometimes you have to wait several days until the episode is available...you can imagine that did not go down well for me!

Yeah, they have given me non answers as well. I can usually go to the Itunes store and usually the show is there and I can play it. It is a backwards way of doing it.

This has gone on for way too long. Microsoft...I mean Apple needs get this fixed.
