I have done a hard restart, holding both buttons down, like a reboot,
I have drained the battery to where it shuts down, pluggd it in and recharged to 100% while off
Not a life or death thing or is it.
If something is supposed to do something and it doesn't, then there is something wrong and I want to fix it.
