ITUNES stopped watching a reedemed digital copy and now cannot find it

I was downloading a copy of Star Trek into Darkness thru redeem code. I started watching it before it completed. I did not realize it was not completely downloaded and clicked ahead to check out something and it closed the window.

Now I cannot find the movie. It is now downloading the extra's to I know it is completed. I saw the complete message but it showed

option to rent/buy not for me to watch since I should have it for free.

Any help appreciated

Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues with a iTunes Digital Copy. Because you have already redeemed the code with your account, the movie should be available for re-download from iTunes in the Cloud:

If not, trying checking for available downloads via the Store menu.
