Once again, I received the message while trying to sync my iPhone to my PC that iTunes can't read my phone and that I need to restore factory settings. This is the fourth time I've been asked to do this and I'm about to switch to an Android phone. I have an iPhone 3GS with the 6.013 OS. I use my phone almost exclusively for business and it must be 100% reliable.
