Am having difficulties in buying a premium pack in fifa 14 in-app purchase. When ever i try to purchase i refers be to itunes support website. Pls kindly help me out

This is typically if you have a lot of (or high priced) in app purchases. Contacting the iTunes store, they can reactivate your account. I believe they temporarily deactivate the account in case someone is making purchases on the account as a protective measure. I'm sure you have seen the horror stories about "little Johnny" buying lives in Candy Crush to the tune of a thousand dollars?
Credit card companies do the same thing, like if your purchasing pattern changes, they may require you contact them before they will allow additional charges on your account. So, I think it is for your protection.

Hi,i am not a happy person writing this because i have been facing alot of difficulties in trying to purchase an in-app purchase in fifa 14. Each time i tried to buy or purchase the premium pack am been referred to apple support website, please why & help
