Nov 21, 2013 3:14 PM in response to Cleverzzyby ssschmidt,This is typically if you have a lot of (or high priced) in app purchases. Contacting the iTunes store, they can reactivate your account. I believe they temporarily deactivate the account in case someone is making purchases on the account as a protective measure. I'm sure you have seen the horror stories about "little Johnny" buying lives in Candy Crush to the tune of a thousand dollars?
Credit card companies do the same thing, like if your purchasing pattern changes, they may require you contact them before they will allow additional charges on your account. So, I think it is for your protection.
