Q: i have ipad with retian desplay. i am from egypt. i dont have credit card here with me.so haw can creat apple id without use credit card.

i have i pad with retina deslplay. i live in egypt. when i try make apple id on itunes it keep ask me to use master card information. i dont have master card or visa. in my country not all people have this faciltes, so how can make the id without use master card or visa?
