Replacement HD for X Raid

Hi,

I need to replace a defective original 750GB Seagate Barracuda ES drive from my X Raid?

Which current disk can I use? 750GB drives are very rare these days. Can I use other sizes, or better yet, can I change all 4 drives in my raid set to a higher capacity?
