On the contrary, unless you have an iPhone 4 you really shouldn't make this kind of statement. I have one (along with a 5 as well) and it really is laggy. It got a little bit better with 7.0.4, but is still not nearly as snappy as when it was on 6.1.4.

My iPhone 4 works just fine on iOS 7, and has for many months now.. Granted, an iPhone 5 will work better, but that's to be expected. An iPhone 5 runs iOS 6 better than an iPhone 4.
