I have an iPhone 4 (8GB) and I installed ios 7 , but now my iPhone is working slow , and I want to downgrade to ios 6 , but apple seem not to have this option.

Because Apple has never approved a method to downgrade iOS.

No, it is not an option. As to why - that isn't something anyone here could accurately answer for you. It is simply Apple's policy.
That is so unlogically. If I don't like ios 7 'cause it works too slow in my iphone 4 , I should can reinstall ios 6

BTW: I know several folks using an iPhone4 with iOS7.0.4. All are perfectly content and experiencing no issues.
I have an ipad and an iphone4 - the phone is now slow and glitchy, i have to turn off everything i can to get the power to last the day. The ipad looks flat and childish, the Notes is now not so easy to use, Safari favorites labels are too small to use without accidentally pressing the tiny close icon or an icon above. I could probably live with ugly on my ipad but not with poor performance on my iphone. This is poor, Apple. Let me go back to ios 6.
