i am trying to play a MP4 video on quicktime on my PC and the video comes up, but not the audio

I have a MP4 video I am trying to watch on Quicktime and the video plays, but not the audio. Is there a certain Plug-in that I need? I have a new PC with Windows 7 professional Operating system.

Please advise
