From what I can find, Antidote is an assistant app for writing French.
Run the installer for the app. If there's an option to uninstall, use that. Of look to see if there is a separate uninstall app within the package. If there is none, then go to the Applications folder and manually put Antidote in the trash.
Antidote is orthographic & grammatical assistant.
@Kurt, i'm not posting without trying basic steps like using uninstalling app.
@Tony, yes i did but it is not enough. I had to manually delete a plugin for contextual menu.
Right i still have an "agent", an app that is launch when you load Mail App.

Well, you hadn't stated what you had tried, so I started with the basics.
Is this the correct software? It's the only title for a Mac I can find under that name. I looked around a bit for a support page on how to uninstall the software, but didn't find one. Didn't look real hard for it, though.
Also check the Login Items on your user account. If you see anything associated with Antidote, hover over the item with the mouse and it's path will appear. You can then remove the software itself from that location and then the login item.
No one is using this software ?`

...And look in ~/Library/Application Support and /Library/Application Support
